- Lift Tickets are non-refundable. Change of date can be arranged through Holiday Mountain Office 204-242-2172
- Chalet refunds must be arranged at least 48hrs prior to reservation and will incur $25.00 service fee per night per room. Change of reservation dates can be made without penalty/fees. Please call Holiday Mountain Office to make arrangements 204-242-2172
- All tickets and passes are subject to restrictions described in the product description and/or pickup instructions.
- Your credit card will be charged for the amount shown, regardless of whether or not the purchased ticket(s) is/are used.
- We do not guarantee snow conditions, weather conditions, open terrain or number of lifts operating.
